Postage & Packaging costs within the U.K have a fixed price of £2.75 fixed price applies to UK ORDERS ONLY), weight charges are gradually being introduced and this is ongoing, so please be aware that this change is occuring.

 

 

This price is for standard first class post regardless of your order size/value.

 

If you require insured post/special services this can be arranged for you at an extra cost.

Please contact us prior to paying for your order so we can arrange this with you. (choose cheque/postal order option, email us to request additional service, we can then edit your order, and arrange Paypal/credit/debit card payments once we have edited your invoices)

 

Orders over £250.00 in value will be free delivery within U.K only

 

If you do not choose to have an insured service and the goods go missing Taylor Made Beads will not be held responsible for replacing those items until a claim has been made with Royal Mail for which we will require your assistance.

Please note that ROYAL MAIL require a minimum of 15 days to have elapsed to bring claims, this may be longer for overseas services.
